Fog Overlay For MV Maps.

A simple Fog event using a fog image as a character that is larger than the map, the image is transparent so you can see through it.

I've added a red one as a bonus.

You are free to use this however you wish even make edits and redistribute it, however do not claim that it is yours or that you made it. And be sure to credit UmbariumLibrarium+ and if you release a game using this please let me have a copy.

As a side note, if you set the event to Stepping the Fog will cycle through the different frames and it kind of has a little flashing effect so I recommend you set stepping to off.
